Speygel der leyen was printed in Lübeck in 1496 by the Mohnkopfdruckerei (the poppy printery). It features a few of the woodcuts from Des dodes dantz, Dodendantz and Copenhagen's dance of death. The crown was used on the title page of several publications from the poppy printery, including Dodendantz. There's a larger version here: Speygel der leyen.
