A facsimile reprint of A Booke of Christian Prayers from 1853. The frontispiece shows the Tree of Jesse. The woodcuts were executed by Mary Byfield, who also made the famous copies of Holbein's Dance of Death for Francis Douce's book. There's a larger version here: Common Prayer.
