The Red Mask: St. Innocents' Cemetery

The French comic album, Masquerouge, takes place in 1624. Volume 2 is named "Le charnier des saints innocents", and is about a murderous sect located within said cemetery.
At the top I show a section of Hoffbauer's reconstruction of the cemetery as it looked ca. 1550. Below is a frame from the comic. The artist, André Juillard, has changed the perspective and turned it into a winter landscape. There's a larger version here: Masquerouge.
