Danse macabre: The Queen and Duchess

From la Danse Macabre in Paris. In this edition, the women's dance of death consisted of 34 women, but there were only woodcuts of the queen and the duchess. In 1491 the dance was expanded with the bigot woman and the fool, and woodcuts were made of all the women. There's a larger version here: Queen and Duchess.
