Pierre le Rouge, The Authority

Alternative version of the authority from the Danse Macabre of Paris. This example is from a book printed by Guillaume le Rouge in Troyes in 1491.
The copy is very detailed, but can be recognized by, 1) the face being different, 2) the angel's text scroll being empty without any Latin text, and 3) the index finger pointing to another part of the book. There's a larger version here: Lacteur.
