Grützner: Obese man at dinner

An apoplectic glutton in front of a lavishly laid table, overheated and over-laden, the blood vessels in his skull strained to bursting point, so that he can hardly open his eyes. One more glass -- and the long-earned stroke will put an end to this life of gluttony! And this one glass is served to him by Death as waiter with evil pleasure, but grinning politely, awaiting the effects of the drink.
