Die gantze Bibel […] im Jar als man zalt 1531 published by Christoph Froschauer. The scene is obviously inspired by Holbein's woodcut of the Creation, but this Bible was printed in 1531 — i.e. 7 years before Holbein's woodcuts were published. There's a larger version here: Froschauer.
