Todten-Capelle:
Sie sind so sehr vermessen,
weil Sie deß Tods vergessen.

Death plays a happy tune for the young couple. The image is very similar to Death to the lovers in Døde=Dands, but Døde=Dands wan't published before 1762.

In this case the image is copied from Todten-Capelle. There is apparently no text in the painting, but the text in Todten-Capelle is thus:

Sie sind so sehr vermessen,
weil Sie deß Tods vergessen.

They are so presumptuous
because they forget death.
