Thielman Kerver has published a variant of Simon Vostre's dance with 66 figures in Latin. The same series also exists in Dutch.
The Dutch text has been transcribed in "Noord en zuid", volume 16, pp. 11-17. I have checked the text (which of course varies between the different editions), and placed the text over each image.
The dance ends with the fool, saying: »Het is ghelijc of wijs of sot / wi moeten al in enen pot«. In English: "It is the same for the wise and the fool / we must all into one pot". This is curiously reminiscent of the dance of death in Berlin, which also ends with a fool in a pot (picture to the right).
The series is also available in a Spanish version, but this has never been transcribed (see external link).

Now follows a French dance also by Thielman Kerver.
The next chapter is about Thielman Kerver, in French this time.
The previous subject was Thielman Kerver in Latin.
